Good Gorilla:
I work on problems
that don’t come with a playbook.
Good Gorilla is my independent studio for practical ideas across regulated work, business systems, AI, and original products.
Sometimes the job is to build something that does not exist yet. Other times, it is to figure out why an existing system or process is not working well enough and make it better.
Some of the work here is serious. Some of it is playful. All of it starts with the same question: Can this be made clearer, more useful, or more interesting?
Selected Work
Across my career in clinical development and statistical programming, I have helped establish new approaches to clinical-data delivery, administered time-critical reporting environments, led platform governance and adoption, redesigned training and onboarding, and built tools that made difficult work faster and easier to manage.
75% Reduction in SDTM delivery time
72% Reduction in onboarding cycle time
240% Increase in engagement across a 70+ site knowledge platform
What I Work On
Regulated Work and Business Systems
Clinical-development operations, reporting environments, access governance, knowledge platforms, documentation, training, and inspection readiness.
AI and Practical Prototypes
Hands-on experiments intended to find where AI can provide real value, where it needs more control, and where it is not yet the right answer.
Games and Original Products
Board games, applications, physical products, and interactive concepts developed because not every worthwhile problem belongs in a corporate workflow.
The Work Is Varied. The Approach Isn’t.
Whether I’m improving a regulated workflow, testing an AI idea, or building a game, I tend to start the same way: understand the problem, make something tangible, and see what the real world has to say about it.
Good Gorilla is where those different parts of my work come together—clinical systems, process improvement, practical experimentation, and original products.
